Occurs along western coast of India.Simple leaf, opposite with presence of interpetiolar ring.Leaves are glabrous and shiny.Flowers occur in spherical heads, on a small size stalk.Small white flowersPetals are fused together forming a tube. Stamens are as many as petals.Aggregate fruit forming a berry. Fruit is green, then turn yellow and then almost white, soft. Fruit has a pungent odour.
